If the device is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it! We will collect your devices free of charge and send to our service center in southern California, where our engineers and technicians will do inspection, repairing, and testing, before delivering the devices back to you. Our technical support team will also be there to help you answer any technical questions.
